Like many overweight, older women my waist is proportionately larger than my hips. I measured carefully and bought the size a couple inches smaller than my waist believing the reviews that the waist band stretched and the overall fit would be better. The waist band sizing was too generous and even before the stretch the swim shorts were too large at the waist. Either they were mislabeled and a larger size, or everyone should buy a smaller size.The shorts were comfortable and I particularly liked the deep pockets.

I originally purchased two pairs for swimwear. They were so comfortable! I really like the length, not too long or short...just right! Currently I am at four pairs because I wear them almost exclusively around the house and quick errands. They're great for working out, keeping up with kids, even their original purpose which was swimming.I did end up cutting out the panty in three of the four pairs I own. I didn't like the extra layer except when I'm in the water with them.

I am 5’8”, 150, waist 35 hips 42It fit absolutely perfect for my size and shape. There’s a slip in pocket on each leg good for cell phone or whatever,not, skin tight,. skims over body just right without being too big for swimming. Wide waist band is High enough just to or a smidge over belly button so it isn’t a muffin top situation.You can swim in them and they walk around with them as they look like shorts.Great pool material too.

This short suit is not tight and feels wonderfully soft and secure. stays put and flattering. wish this exact one came with 3" seam as I would love another pair but will happily buy a second 5". I did order the fern print and got something totally different and ugly so not sure if I will try again. Get one your won't regret it. I am 68 and am happy to go to pool now with something I feel so comfortable in.

Made well. Fit good. I’m short so they were a little long for me. However, I’m am old and I prefer them a little long.

These are good shorts. They are a good length and the material dries quickly. They do run small though so definitely size up.

Sometimes you find something that is so wonderful you almost don't want to make a review on it because then it'll be sold out. But they swim bottoms are amazing. They are the most comfortable bottoms I have swam in and over 60 years. I love the water and live in the pool whenever possible. You purchase these trust me you will not regret it.

I could wear these as shorts. They fit beautifully and are true to size for me. Medium 5-5” and 135 lbs.
