Excellent health benefits! I use it to prepare Dr. Davis’s SIBO-style cultured dairy recipe with half-and-half, and the results have been fantastic. After following the instructions and fermenting it with this Bacillus strain, I noticed a clear improvement in how my gut felt, and my family has experienced better digestion as well. The taste is fantastic, and it's a great value for what it delivers.
