I tried this product for the first time this past weekend and found it hands down the best cold brew I've ever had! Drank it black without ice; great mouth feel and wonderful balanced flavor. Preparation is super convenient. Just let the pack steep in 24 oz of cold water until it reaches the strength you prefer. I took an occasional sip during the process and found 24 hours of steeping works best for my palate.

I absolutely love this coffee. This coffee set the mood on having a great refreshing day and in the afternoon it’s a pick me up. I am also saving a lot of money by not having to buy my ice coffee at the coffee shop. Love it!

I like to keep a jug of cold brew in my fridge during the summer months for a quick iced coffee. Nothing worse than adding ice to a freshly brewed cup of coffee, only to have it immediately melt and water down the flavor. This is supposed to be "ultra-caffeinated." To be perfectly honest, I got no sense of that, but then again, I normally drink quite a bit of caffeine during the day. In terms of flavor, this stuff is great. I like to add a lot of plant milk creamer to my iced coffee, so I expect a bold brew and this definitely holds up. And compared to other cold brew bags I've tried, you get decent value for your money. A box of 10 bags makes 30 servings. Each bag is steeped in 24 oz of water (as opposed to others, which usually steep in 16 oz). Lastly, it's super easy to make - just put a bag in water and refrigerate for 18 - 24 hours. Be warned, the bags are very brittle, so don't try to squeeze out excess liquid before discarding or you'll have a big mess on your hands.

i like that i add a pouch to a pitcher of water and by morning i have cold coffee the extra caffeine in the morning really gets you going

I actually liked the coffee. The bags didn’t dissolve like Green Mountains cold brew. Great product.

I've tried these sorts of cold coffee pouches before and they are super easy and convenient to use compared to methods of making cold coffee from your own grounds. Mainly, it acts like a big tea bag for your coffee. It is well-sealed so there isn't much sediment leaking out. It's very appealing to just toss it in a container and leave it in the refrigerator. Since a lot of coffee has to be used in cold brew making relative to hotter beverages, the vale of this has to be judged by the amount of ground coffee in each pouch. There is a fair bit of it, and the coffee has a relatively basic flavor profile with some smokiness from the dark roast.There are a few down sides to it though. It isn't as strong as I'd prefer so I have to use less water. However, I like it strong because I usually add half and half to my cold coffee. For average black coffee drinkers, this is probably a well-balanced cold brew. I found that agitating the bag throughout the brewing time helps make it stronger, though the bag does weaken the longer it sits in the water so you have to be careful not to poke at it or it can rupture and leak out the grounds while moving it around. All in all, I think this is a solid cold brew option that is smooth and sufficiently strong for black coffee.

This coffee claims to be strong, dark roast etc. There is 1/3 the amount of coffee in each pouch as other brands. It might as well have been decaf as it has no wake up power in it. I even made it with less water to make it stronger. Extremely disappointed!!! What a waste of money

I've been ordering this coffee for months now and have never had any issues....Until now. My product came damaged and even if you contact customer service to explain to them that shipping a box of coffee in a bag was a bad idea because it caused coffee bags to bust open, they will do absolutely nothing. I'm giving it 2 stars because I enjoy the product itself but the customer service Amazon provides for it is nonexistent.
