There was no mention in the instructions what way round the top part of the base should sit, I had to take one apart after building it. But I figured it out in the end.

When I received this package a recognised that the manufacturer expects from me to stick a 4kg heavy stone plate on a metal frame with 3 small nano stickers. You only need to coincidently hit the table and it would fall apart. It's really risky and dangerous to have this coffee table. So I sent it back
