This book gets right to the point and is very easy to study/highlight/page mark helpful hints on negotiations and solid real estate research techniques. A great resource to keep on the shelf.

Alot of important information in here that other books won't tell you about what to do and how.

Good common sense information. It would impossible for any writer to provide detailed, specific information on any particular project, but this one gives good pointers and a sense of direction... along with some good tips of things to avoid.

A lot of good information. It does not cover all possible pitfalls, but has enough negative/positive information to make sure you don't got into flipping blindly.

Just took a $2,000 course on this subject, and bought this book to fill in any gaps. Topics covered in the 3 day course wernoticed a lot of the important e also covered in this book. But if I hadn't taken the course, I might not have noticed a lot of them as really important because they were very briefly covered. But they are there, so read carefully and take all as important.

It is helpful and clear enough to grasp good ideas and info for implement it on the field thanks to author’s backround
