I was experiencing general elbow pain, medial, lateral, and posteriorly, so it was difficult to know how to tape it. This brace provides general support to the entire elbow without tape and seems to work well. My elbow pain is not gone but it does seem to be improving.

Lately I have been using my computer mouse at work more than I realized, and one of my arms started to hurt just above and below the elbow. I have had repetitive strain injuries before and didn't want to go that route again. I changed up my routine at work somewhat to avoid further hurting myself, but I can't completely avoid the computer mouse (at least, not and still do my job) so I bought this.I got it in size small and it does fit. I would say the measurement directions from the size chart are accurate, at least for the small size range. I have tiny arms and the sleeve fit and provided some compression as well as a lot of support for the joint. This is exactly what I was looking for so I am happy (I was mostly worried about the fit but that proved to be all right).I don't know that I buy the copper-pain-relief side of things (some companies have been fined by the Federal Trade Commission for false claims about copper and pain relief, although the company making this sleeve has not been fined, as far as I know). I was mostly just looking for a compression sleeve to provide support for my arm, and that is what I received. (The copper may have some antibacterial properties, though.)I don't think I would want to wear this all day -- compression is not the most comfortable thing in the world. But it does provide some nice support for my elbow which is keeping my budding strain injury from getting worse. It also doesn't really impede freedom of movement. Since that is what I was looking for when I bought this, I am happy. (I really only wear it when I'm at my work computer, using a mouse).This seems well-made. It is stitched evenly with no holes or loose threads. It is just plain black, though there is a logo on it (which you can see in some of the official product images). For me it was easy to tell which end was which (the wider end goes higher on your arm, the narrower end towards your wrist).Anyway, been using this for a few days now and my arm is feeling a lot better. Will probably be leaving it my office since that is where I need it the most. (I just bought one, since I really only need it for my mouse arm.) (I would not use this for acute pain. My level of pain and my level of need are fairly low and I bought this to keep them from getting worse. For that, it is working.)

I like how this thing keeps your arm cool and dry -- even as you sweat during a hard workout. The sleeve wicks away the moisture. I think it provides pretty good support, and doesn't interfere with range of motion at all. I have tendinitis in my elbows and this significantly reduces that chronic sting. I long for the days when I could workout without feeling like someone was sticking needles into my joints, but this sleeve certainly helps a lot. In fact I'm going to buy a second one for my other arm -- since Copper Joint was kind enough to send me a 50% of coupon for my next purchase! How could I not? Side note. I've heard people talk about a "copper" smell when they first take this ting out of the box. I did notice a strange smell at first, but I think it's due to the shipping box/packaging. I say this because after I wore it once -- without even washing it -- the next time I put it on -- the smell was gone. And I've worn it a few times since. No problems. Very happy with the sleeve.

I loved the old model but they don’t sell it anymore. These are too thick and bulky. Sure, they are probably much more durable but I don’t think I can wear them. Customer service took care of my issue immediately and to my 100% satisfaction.

I can't speak to the copper as much as just wearing the knee sleeves made the total difference. I've really started working out and focusing on compound exercises and the recumbent bicycle. Also, I'm dancing a routine for my daughter's HS performance which means two hours a night of practice on a gym floor. I'm 48yrs old so I feel everything afterwards from the stomping, clapping, twisting, turning and all the other crazy hip hop stuff. This'll be my fifth year and I have to tell you that these compression sleeves make all the difference. BTW, you'll start to feel it once you take them off and I don't wear them all the time, just during exercising. They're not expensive, the do not slide down your legs or arms during workouts (I really stuck to the measuring chart they provide) and the relief is practically instant. They're not constricting either, I have full range of motion on both arms and legs.

Sizing was accurate, reasonably comfortable, but did not last long. A tear developed right at the elbow in about a week of wearing 4-6 hours per day. And the tear is growing. I replaced with a “name brand.”

Mi aspettavo di meglio, la sola nota positiva è che "calza" bene, per il resto non ho riscontrato nessuna utilità. L'ho usata per piu di un mese, si conserva abbastanza bene dopo tanti lavaggi,,. non la ricomprerei, anche in virtù del prezzo(sproporzionato x la sua utilità )

These sleeves are not an overnight miracle but, when worn consistently over longer period of time (weeks rather than days), they produce close to miraculous results.
