Very sturdy ramp. It worked well with a 11.25" rise. A few mods were required for my application.
This is a lightweight yet strong ramp with a useful width for safely moving wide objects. It is definitely worth the price I paid.I purchased this ramp to serve two purposes. The first use is as intended for a wheelchair ramp. The second use is to load items into my storage shed, which has an 11.25" step up/down from ground level. If you look at the first picture, a photo of the setup instructions on Page 3, the straight end is on the right, and the angled end is on the left. My ramp came with the angled end on the right side, looking at the same side with the orange label and the handle. The chain and pin with spring-loaded retaining ball are on the straight end to the left.I removed the retaining pins and added a carabiner to the chains on each side of the ramp. This allows me to use the pins to secure the ramp to my shed, with the angled bracket end on the shed floor. I drilled a 5/16" hole through the angled end of the ramp and inserted it through the ramp into the shed. I did this for the other side as well. The last picture shows the ramp installed on my shed. It only takes a few minutes to setup and take down.If the holes, chains, and pins had been installed at the factory on the angled end of the ramp as the setup installation instructions show, I would not have had to drill any holes into the ramp or use carabiners.

So Easy and Sturdy
Received extremely fast and so far it is a great buy. Not too heavy and easy to move from one door to another. It folds and has a handle which is convenient and its very sturdy. We are satisfied so far.

In a wheelchair? This is the ramp system for you!
This product is a HUGE problem solver. I needed a ramp system as I am in a wheelchair at the moment. This item is aluminum so it won;t rust, it is portable and easy to install without tools or hardware, and the whole system can be stored safely away when not needed. I bought numerous sections to complete my needs, and all work beautifully. The ramps have a "curb"for guiding the wheels, and non-slip center pieces for wheel traction. This product is worth every penny and will make your life so much easier if you are in a wheelchair.

Considerations before buying
Pros: Ramp came in a timely manner. Seems sturdy overall, though there is a little bounce when stepped on. Folds to a smaller size for storage and is lightweight. No slip surface works well, and no slip padding at underside where upper portion of ramp contacts upper step helps it not slide off step and protects tile underneath ramp from scratching. (Unfortunately there is no padding at underside of ramp at bottom of step surface to prevent scratching. A nonslip mat may help there).Cons: The ramp side guardrails, while a nice addition, blocked the ability of our door to open and close over the ramp. We had to open the door, place the ramp, and then remove it after use in order to close the door. This ramp worked fine for a sliding door entry or an entry where the door opens the opposite direction from where you want the ramp. We wanted it for a front door that opened out to a step down, so this did not work for us. This may have also been an issue due to the specific clearance between our door and the step, so you may not have this issue. We were able to find a different ramp that had angled side guardrails at the top and bottom that didn't hinder door opening. Also, we were surprised to see that the hinge that allows the ramp to fold in half was not flush on the walking side surface of the ramp. This means there is a tripping hazard if you step in the middle of the ramp. This probably won't hinder a wheelchair, but may be an issue for walking up the ramp. We also questioned whether the ramp might collapse if the hinge was stepped on, but that would seem to only happen if the ramp also slid off the top step.Overall, a good ramp, taking into consideration the above cons, which really only affect certain circumstances of being used. Can't speak to longevity, as we've only had it for a few weeks.

Perfect Wheelchair Ramp To Use at Home or for Travel
Bought this ramp to use at home for my family member in a wheelchair. It’s the right size, sturdy and exact incline height I needed for the front door. The weight is not light but it has a handle to move for use and storage. It’s too bad this ramp didn’t offer a storage bag for transportation. I had to find another bag that would fit so I could carry it with me for travel.

I’m a big girl now
It has not moved since being put in place . The width allows a wheelchair to use it . It also works with commercial trash bin on rollers . Set up was very quick and easy . My only regret is not buying it sooner

Great value
Very sturdy. I used it for my 4 wheel scooter, weight of cart and myself exceeds 300lbs and the ramp doesn't move bend or sway. It unfolds easy enough, it's wide enough for the scooter and wheel chair

Has A Bounce To It That Is Disorienting
We needed a wheelchair ramp for a temporary injury. It's pretty solid frame and light. Easy to open and set up. The wheelchair glides up and down it just fine. The issue is walking on it. Usually, a person can walk up or down a wheelchair ramp without any problems. In our case, it's not a large incline. We just needed it for the front door. However, when anyone stepped on it, you felt a sinking sensation. While the unit as a whole didn't move, we felt like the whole thing was moving when it was really just bouncing. It was so disorienting that a few of us almost fell and the 4 year old did fall. She was fine. We were worried about someone getting hurt, so we only have it out when it's being used for the wheelchair, then we immediately pick it up.
