I have learned that noni is good for the GI tract. As a juice, it is not tasty or pleasant to drink, plus, since I am elderly and crippled, it is heavy and difficult for me to use on a regular basis. The capsules are easy to use in my daily routines. After about a week of taking it daily, I am so thankful to see better digestion, less pain and bloating, and better elimination. I wish more people knew about this. For many of us, these are huge benefits. I have worked up to three capsules two times a day. I don't see any negatives.

These supplements do help! My levels do come down after I take them.

I had some success with this product, bit for me I can't take it daily. It seems to be best used for short term boosts for your immune system and then cycle off until needed again. Just my opinion.
