Stopped working after almost 2 years. Can no longer charge, but I’m back to buy another because the convenience and price brought me back. The pink diamond color and sleek design piques the interest of house guests who become mesmerized by the electric zapping. Knocked off a star because it only lasted half a dozen charges instead of the advertised hundreds.

This is the second one of these I've purchased - first one is still working great with long battery life, and based on that I bought a second for another room. Honestly, this style of lighter works so well and is such an improvement over butane that I'll probably replace all indoor lighters with this kind as the butane ones run out. (Butane seems better for lighting paper quickly on exterior camp fires and such.) Rayonner in particular seems to have good solid build quality. The sliding switch works well after many many not necessarily gentle uses, and the arc stays strong and powerful, even with a sometimes surprising amount of wax / carbon buildup across the contacts. I do try to clean the excess off when it gets egregious, but I'm not real fussy about it and it works great every time regardless. Battery is still holding a long charge after over a year of use on the first one I bought. Charging cable holding up well. In summary, seems to be a good high-quality product improving over the old-school alternative. Impressed me enough that I bothered to write a review about it, lol.

I really like having the rechargeable lighter. It's sleek enough to keep hidden in different rooms near candles and it lights very easily. Battery life is decent, but it's so simple to charge.

I was really excited about this purchase because it’s such a cool and convenient lighter. It worked perfectly at first and did exactly what it was supposed to do. For the price, it felt like a great little gadget. Unfortunately, once it needed to be recharged, it completely stopped working. I’m not sure if I received a defective unit, but it would not turn back on after charging. I initiated a return in hopes of receiving a replacement, not a refund. However, there was an issue during the return process with the shipping carrier, and the package was never properly scanned. Because of that, there was no record of the return, and I was unable to receive a replacement or refund. While the item was inexpensive, the overall experience was disappointing. That said, I do think this may have been a malfunctioning unit because the lighter itself is a really neat product when it works. I would still recommend giving it a try, just hoping for a better and longer-lasting experience than mine.

After less than 2 months has ceased charging, all 4 lights are on after charging but when used returns to 1 light and no ignition, was working perfectly before this issue but not worth the cost for a short period of time

I love these so much that I bought more and kept one for myself! Definitely recommend. I love that it is rechargeable but the charge really does last a long time (months and months!)
