Rustoleum Color Shift Spray Paint, 11 ounce, Cosmos Blue

Really impressive results from a $10 can of spray paint. Used it to spiff up some black Ikea pegboards. Would have had better results if I didn't have to spray them in a windy alley while worrying that someone was going to come out and yell at the sound of spray paint. Super important that this go over a black base coat - the paint is basically clear. I used the already-black ikea boards which are fairly matte - photo is with 2 or 3 coats to get a nice shine. Like with all spray paints, resist the urge to bring the can closer than 12-16" to the surface. Had better results with the can at an angle, had these laying flat on the ground and didnt have good results trying to point straight down and paint. Definitely would be better to use as intended and shoot not straight down.

This was the perfect color for a Halloween project that I painted over the original color. I used two coats to cover fully. It went on easily and stayed in place without running.

There is definitely a learning curve on using this paint.But once you've got it down, it goes on nice and looks amazing. For those unaware, to get best results using this paint is to use a nice flat black base coat. A semi gloss black coat works, but not as well. Apply this paint and even light coats. It may take 3 coats to get best results.

Purchased this paint to use with a diorama build for my 1/6 scale figure collection. Mainly I large X-Men sentinel hand, to display with a Wolverine figure. Sprays very well for a rattle can, and was applied super easy. I think the resulting pieces looks pretty good. The color changing effect is somewhat slight, not super apparent. Your mileage may vary of course. Would purchase again if needed for another project in another color.

You can use it on a flat matte finish. But having a high gloss black base will show a bit better. Used this to paint a computer case. rust-oleum 254860 is what is used

Beautiful! Be sure to paint whatever you're using it on black, I used matte black. Shake the can really well and don't spray too close from object, I held it a foot or two away and just did it in sweeps, I messed up and went too close and it got goopy and almost white but I just repainted it black and fixed it, it was easy. Beautiful coverage! It shines differently depending on the light hitting it and it dries rather quickly! I purchased it for an old sun faded razor bike that was going to be thrown out and it looks great now!!

Hoping to save others the disappointment, this is nothing like shown. Non returnable so maybe buy it from your local retailer. Color doesn’t stick, doesn’t change. After putting it aside for 2 months I shook it for 5 minutes and all I got was CLEAR spray. The can is still full !!!

loved this product used it to spray painted some frame for my gaurds surron light bee x and the results turned out great but for the last final touch i used the spray glitter from this brand
