Can I use this for baking? Or is this just for molding?

I use it for baking. Could be used as a cutter mold too. Made Paine au Raisin and Carmelo es the sugar I coated the inside of the ring with, slid the off after baking

What is gauge of steel?

Not sure of the Gauge, however work fine with no bending with normal use. Have use to mold steak tartar and crab cakes which required more pressure. Hope that helps.

Can this be used on a skillet/pan?

I didn’t used it on a skillet/pan, but I think it should be no problem because it’s stainless Steel .

How many inches are each of them big

They were 3x3.. very good for food plating... my wife loved it.
