I'm not sure it's doing anything for my sciatica yet, but it is really soft and comfortable. The strap is a nice touch.

Did not meet my expectations, difficult to sleep on ones side and have the support stay in place. Suggestion it need a better, comfortable and adjustable strap to stay in place
