Was there a chance the drink could fall out while on the water? Well let me tell you, it holds a drink perfectly! Sure it's a little wide, but it is also tall enough where you don't have to worry about a drink falling out. I also like that it is big enough that you can put a wide variety of drinks into it. The one con about this is.....the size. Yes the size is a pro also, but I had to make sure it was in the right spot in my track. If it was in the wrong spot, there was a good chance you could hit it with your paddle. After figuring out where it needed to go, everything was fine. This is s great cup holder. You might be able to use a male to male M8 to 1/4"-20 adapter to make it work or potentially swap out the 1/4"-20 nut for an M8 nut then you would be able to use an M8 stud. **Q: Will this fit a slidetrax rail?** A: yes it will fit any slidetrax rail, yak attack or other. **Q: Will this fit a feel free lure 10 track** A: It can fit as long as you add the feelfree track adapters. **Q: will this fit a yeti 30 oz tumbler, at least the bottom "skinnier" section?** A: Yes it fits the 30oz very nicely and securely. All I use are Yeti tumblers when I'm on the water. The cup holder slides right on to the gear track of my kayak. Even in rough windy conditions the cup holder didn’t budge. Installation and removal is a breeze. Just insert gear track stud into gear track, slide to desired position, twist cup holder until rubber grommet is tight on the rail. The grooves in the lip of the cup holder are also very convenient for hanging a lure while you swap one out. Cons: * Probably could use a drain hole. * Cup holder is made for large water bottles or cans in koozies. I have my yeti cup pictured but isn’t a perfect fit.
