It’s like a magic eraser for tar.
This worked great on tar stuck to my truck. Sprayed it, let it sit for a minute or so, and used some elbow grease to wipe off a lot of tar stuck to my bumper.

Good for bugs not as good on tar
Does not remove tar as good as other products I have used. However it seems good on bugs

It took a couple of applications. It got the job done though, removed the bugs from the front of my truck.

Waste of money
I would not waste my money. I let it soak as described for 5min. It did not work. I let it soak for 10 and reapplied and gave it another 10min. I used the entire bottle on the front of my truck and it did not remove a single bug after power washing.

Does it work? Technically
1600 miles round trip along I-70 and ended up with a load of bug guts on windshield and front of car. This was on sale and almost half the price of another brand I'd seen recommended. Honestly I think no matter what you use you'll need a LOT of elbow grease and multiple applications. This worked much better on the windshield than the paint or plastic parts of front/hood of car. Gets an average 3 star rating thanks in part to it making my car at least not gross me out when I see it and also because it rinsed off super easily with a hose. I think using something abrasive to scrub the guts off would be much more efficient but obviously you can't really do that on a car. Directions said microfiber cloth but I used a soft paper towel. It did remove a lot of guts that two different absolutely downpours didn't even touch. Oh, it smells nice.

It works but You’ll Use a Lot
After a long road trip, my truck looked like a bug cemetery. I picked up Meguiar’s Heavy Duty Bug & Tar Remover, and it worked great. The bugs came off without much scrubbing.Just a heads-up though: it took almost the entire can to get all the bugs off my front end, so if you're cleaning a large vehicle or dealing with a serious amount of bug splatter, you might want to grab more than one.
