Q: Why is the power to the switch still on even though you hit the power button on orion to turn off?

The Upswitch is basically a TV and Switch docked. You wouldn’t expect your large TV at home to auto shut off if you turned the Switch off? It’s the same principle here.

Q: Can you use it in a wii u? like anything with an hdmi?

Hi, Yes, you can use it with anything that has HDMI.

Q: Is there a power bank that I can use with this, the instructions said go to their website to find one and there isn't any. Ankers doesn't work.

ORION is powered by plugging into almost any 5000 milliamp power bank that has an output of 5V/2A (that can be mounted on the back) using any USB-C cable or it can be powered by plugging into a wall mount USB-C phone charger. We are in the process of updating our website and our own batteries will be available for sale this week.

Q: Compatible with GC adapter?

No, this is not compatible with a GameCube wired controller adapter because there are no additional external USB ports available. It has an additional HDMI port in and USB C for power in using your Nintendo Switch USB C power adapter because it does not come with one.
