Not sure where they are made, but one thing is for sure, they are fantastic scissors!!

I believe it says in the description, but they are 8 in scissors. I like them. fit my hand well and cut nicely

These are ok kitchen/office scissors for cutting paper, bags, and lightweight boxes. They are not fabric scissors. Buy Ginger or Kai for that.
