It could have been a great product but top handle is hollow and flexes when squeezing for juice. The juicer looks high quality, the bottom part is strong and well made, the upper part is a bit thinner and hollow, when squeezing lemons or limes the top handle flexes causing it not to squeeze all the juice maybe about 2/3 or 3/4 but there's definitely juice left unsqueezed. If the manufacturer made the top handle as strong as the bottom handle it probably would work much better. Also the gap between the two bowls is too big and that may account for the poor juice squeezed. We love lemonade in our household so I'll send this back and keep looking for a more sturdy unit. Hope version 2 addresses this two problems.
