Code changed recently in my area and needed to add one of these on the breaker for my monitored, hard wired smoke detectors. My monitoring service offered to install a breaker lock out and document box for close to $200.00. I picked this up and had it installed in 30 seconds.

work as intended

These are definitely knock-offs but they work all the same at less than half the price. My only con, and reason for -1 star, is due to the sticky residue on all of them. I bought 5 of the 2 packs and they all are stuck together with some oil or something on them. But they clean up and work fine.

Product met the requirements of the fire department to lock the breaker controlling the fire alarm.

These were great—easy to fit and came with stickers to label everything. Exactly what I needed.
