I just spray it out in the sink unplugged.make sure you keep the blade tightened ,this is not a heavy use machine ,would rate it a 5 out of 10.

Can you adjust the crushed ice size? (I don't want it shaved but small ice pieces like at some fast food places)

Hi, no there isn’t any adjustments as far as I know, but I’ve notice depending on the ice you put in you can either get small pieces or completely shaved icey… I’ll explain if you put ice pieces like the ice you buy from a gas station or grocery store it cuts it in smaller prices. If you freeze a cup with water and it’s a big piece of ice it shaves nice and thinly. Hope this helps

How many ice cubes can be crushed at one time??

It takes and works better with crushed ice The hopper holds about 1 and 1/2 cups to 2 cups at a time It goes pretty fast and it’s well made

how to clean? no instructions came with it, nor a stailess bowl to catch the ice.

I only shave ice so I can just wipe it out with a paper towel, however mine did come with a stainless bowl. If you didn’t get one you should contact the manufacturer
