Review: I tried making the Dubai chocolate bars with this and they turned out ok. They're just not deep enough to have a nice thick layer of filling in the middle. However, if you're making non-filled bars, these are very good. If you want to make bars with nuts or dried fruit mixed into the chocolate, these would be ideal and the bars are a good serving size (not too big).
