This is a good exercise item. It is flexible and light, but my worry is its durability. Since it's mostly hard plastic. I am also not sure if each color does what it says it would do (chest, arms, back, etc.)

This is a great add-on to any workout. It makes my push-up so much easier and I could do different areas by putting my hands in the different sections. I definitely recommend it. It’s also a very great gift. The qualities is really good easy to grab slip, resistance, and effective.

So this board works really well, but I noticed it is pretty flimsy, and there is no way to tighten it back up when it begins to loosen after use. I only used it for about 1 or 2 weeks before it started caving inward when I'd use it. It's not very comfortable after it's doing that, as you have to fix it and kind of lose your pump from having to stop so much lol. Other than that, it works as intended. Definitely good for someone who's trying to get better with pushups.
