For how I make it-Macros come to 140 cal, 25.5g P, 7g C, 0.5g F I also use this in my ninja creami protein ice cream recipe and it tastes like a Wendy’s vanilla frosty! I only wish they made for flavors like lucky charms, etc. It’s not chalky, doesn’t make me feel heavy, no tummy issues. Definitely recommend and I’m excited to try new flavors:)

I don't know how they do it, but it totally tastes like one of those sugar coated vanilla fluffy cookies from the grocery store. It's kind of a cool way to pretend that I am eating a cookie or cake without actually adding that stuff back into my diet again. Sucralose may be the questionable thing that makes it sweet, but... meh, I have decided I don't care too much about it. Maybe 20 years now, they'll show a study that says this powder causes cancer, but I'd rather drink this than eat meat because meat is kinda gross to me (just a personal opinion). This stuff mixes SOOOOO much better than the Orgain pea protein I had been using last year. And it doesn't taste like I'm choking on sawdust in my throat, either. Mixes well with almond milk, so I assume it also mixes well with regular milk. So yeah, sure, I can recommend this. I intend on trying the other types, too. Maybe the donut one, because it's been a couple years since I've had any donuts.
