Folks I purchased these spouts on 5/12/2022 for 3 of those yellow TSG plastic 5 gallon diesel jerry cans. I got the cans free, they were dirty so I cleaned them and since they did not have spouts I started looking for inexpensive well built spouts.I found this 3 pack for around $18 with free shipping, they looked well made so I ordered them. The package arrived and all contents looked well made with everything that was supposed to be inside in good order.I used the supplied very sharp drill bit to drill the hole for the vent. The spouts course thread collar fits well not to tight. Even the fuel station attendant commented on how well the spouts fit back on the cans.I filled each can with a gallon of diesel fuel and held each one upside down for 10 seconds to see if they would leak, not a drop and no seepage or wetness the next day.I highly recommend these spouts and will probably order more to replace all those hard to use poorly made no-spill spouts on my other fuel containers.I am going to attempt to add some pics to this review but if they are not there it means I was unable to for some tech reason or ignorance of my own.

Gas spouts are easy to replace, fit well, and work great! Drill bit is included to install the vents! Remember to remove the inner filter on the Midwest gas cans to prevent splash back at the pump. I also use silicone sealant when installing the vents to prevent leaking. Great device!

Unlike others I've tried these nozzles fit well with my container. Nice and snug with a good seal (no leaks).The supplied drill bit for the vent was a nice touch.Good value for the money.Just fyi: I'm using them on 5 gallon plastic Blitz containers.I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 for two reasons:1) The nozzle is a bit too short. Would have been nice if they had been a couple of inches longer.2) The nozzle diameter is too narrow - fluid flow is a bit restricted.I fixed #2 by goring out the end of the nozzle, but it was a bit tricky trying to do that without damaging its seal with the little nozzle cap.Just purchased the 3x set again for the rest of my containers.

I modified a new Midwest 5 gal plastic gas can that came with the worst discharge spout I’ve ever had. This kit contains not only a discharge spout that works but a vent adapter and drill bit for installing. Comes with two different spout connecting nuts to fit various thread patterns.

Change d out the new gas can spout with this product then drilled a hole with the drill bit in the kit to inert the air valve. Very easy to get gas in or out of the can. Safe for tip overs, not child proof. But not frustrating.Winner in my book.

Received my pack of 6 caps (3 fine, 3 coarse thread), 3 nozzles, and 6 vents. Neither the coarse nor the fine threads would fit either of the 2 plastic gas cans that I had (one was coarse thread and the other fine). However, I still had the caps, just my nozzles were bad, and these fit very well into the old cap. Also, the screw-on vent fit as well. Since about half the items worked, I give these a 3 star rating. I would not recommend if you have lost the cap. - by SMS husband

After so many years of tilting my lawn mower to fill it up, I saw these on TikTok and decided to buy them from Amazon. Let me tell you, I replaced the old ones. I did not use the drill bit to make the hole because I noticed I was able to pour the gas into the lawn mower without any issues.I love the fact that I can bend the spout without tilting the lower mower to the side.
