Noticeable movement
Easy to install, worked with factory bolts, I don't know why some reviews say you can't use oem hardware, it works fine. I was able to move tailpipes just enough to notice a difference.

21” fender spacer works but bolts are wrong
Like many others have mentioned, the fender spacers work but the bolts provided are metric, they will NOT fit. You will need to:-take your pen fender bolts to the store and find nuts that work-take the provided short bolts with you to the store and get standard bolts, those will go through the bracket and into your fender .

Do not buy!
Junk! Bolts are wrong thread. You'll spend more trying to make this work than it's worth and it won't look good. Spent 20 more dollars and got a nice set that fit perfectl.
