French Fancies cakes

These are so good they ought to be illegal. And they're small so you needn't feel (too) guilty when you eat one. Actually, I managed to take such small bites, I make them last several minutes. btw, there's an interesting youtube video about the Mr. Kipling factory, which is how I discovered them. I wish American stores would carry these wonderful sweet little pastries.

I watched a documentary on youtube about how these are made so i thought i'd try them. Yuck was my first thought. Not tasty at all

Awesome taste. Sugary sweet. Just how I like em. Taste the same now as years ago when I was a child. The price is high but what price can you put on nostalgia?

It's cake. Nothing crazy, but it was good.

Soooo sweet, and arrived all melted and smashed together. For this high price, I was hoping it would at least arrive in good shape.

Yum! I was not expecting such fresh little cakes when I tried these! They are basically petit fours, but a little larger than what you’d get from some of the main American petit fours makers, and 100 times fresher and better tasting. They are not inexpensive, but so wonderful for a little indulgence. They were also shipped well and arrived in perfect condition, as in, I could put them on a tray and serve to guests if I wanted to. I will definitely be getting them again.

Very beaten up when they got here

I tried 1 and I'm in love. Not a very sweet little cake. Its perfect for that craving for something sweet or cake like. Item was packaged in a box, nicely packaged. Very pleased with this purchase. Very moist, tasted fresh, and really good quality. It's a 3 bite little cake, perfect for tea, small sweet treat, and even perfect for a little dessert for adults or kids. Very appetizing.
