In what order do you apply this primer with moisturizer and sunscreen?

I put moisturizer first, then sunscreen, which makes my face very shiny, then this primer, and it takes away the shine instantly. I then use spot concealer and loose powder on top of primer and it goes on perfectly for a very natural look. I still have to dab my face once or twice throughout the day, but I don't feel like this primer adds any weight or tightness. I alway were it without any makeup to reduce the shine.

Why is this so much cheaper than everywhere else? Is it a knock off?

I've used some other primer and I didn't like it. I like this one because it mattifies and holds in the make up smooth and long hours.

Overpriced/ doesn't work
