Quite small
Smaller than what you would need for exercise. A lot of resistance and they are thick so good quality. I suppose you can cut them in half and do some exercises

Nasty smell and marks
Arrived with weird marks and stains that won't come off and a heavy nauseous chemical smell. I've tried using Clorox wipes, washing with soap, and washing with baking soda but the smell and marks wont go away. I will be returning these
