I love this rock salt.. Big chunky pieces perfect for my fire bowl.. Which needed a few extra rocks.. That did the trick.. Just wish it had darker colors too.. Still a great product. The retailers were very helpful to me.. I got fine grain salt.. So I called and they took care of it right away.. And for their mistake.. I got to keep the fine salt.. Thanks again, Judy Lou

I have bad asthma and I am on two different inhalers ,use a nebulizer and five scripts. The meds just have not been working as I coughed all the time and have tried all kinds of natural treatments and did get some re-leaf from them. I had heard about Himalayan salt before but passed it by because of all the talk about salt being bad for you. Well, hallelujah I tried it and on day 10 I am breathing better than I have in years! I made my sole water and started with a teaspoon a day for four days and started a tablespoon. I made myself an inhaler with the fine salt and did it for a couple of days and it helped, but then I decided to use my nebulizer to vaporize it and WOW is all I can say.....I felt like crap a few days and new I was going thru a healing crises and coughing from deep down with much mucus coming up. On day nine it started to break up,still coughing,just less and today is the most amazing I have felt in so long. I am not even wheezing,I always wheeze! Don't directly nebulize if you choose to try this,put a cotton ball in one end and hold away from face and breath in the vapors for about 20 min a day..........WOW...AMAZING....THANK YOU LORD FOR SUCH A SIMPLE SOLUTION!

Great product for a great price. This is pure himalayan salt and it is from Pakistan which contains one of the largest himalayan salt mines on the planet. So, it's real, no deceptions, no issues. I do not work for this company or have any ties to it in any way, shape, or form. I simply do not wish anyone to be mislead into thinking there's some kind of deception here simply because they don't say it's from Pakistan. I assume they feel most of us already know that. If you don't, it's easy enough to look up on the 'net. I intend to keep ordering it. The price is much lower than most and I use it to make Sole Salt Therapy Drink. 5lb bag only 2 pieces dark in color. Most of the 5lb bag was white color a very few pieces were light pink. Not good for basket style salt lamps, unless your looking for a white lamp and no orange to reddish glow

I received 2bags that each weighed a kilo. So that is less than 5lbs. The colors were nice and varied - pic showing ONE of these bags. I make "sole" out of these chunks and grind smaller pcs of Himalayan salt for the daily use in a salt shaker.

I use these in my salt lamps. I use ordinary night light bulbs in a deep glass dishes, and the 7-watt bulbs light the salt rocks beautifully. I also feel it warms them enough to help ionize the air in each room. I have noticed a big difference in my allergies since I set up a salt rock lamp in each room.These salt chunks arrived in a range of color from dark amber to pale pink (almost white). Incidentally, the rocks closest to the heat source (even a night light bulb) will become whiter over time. The effect of the light shining beneath the salt chunks creates a gorgeous golden glow. The light becomes the warm visual focus of any room.

Chunks were within advertised size but all same color- very light pink. Was hoping for an assortment of shades. I recommend these.
