Suavecito Pomade Original Hold

Love this - it’s cheap, works great, and washes out easily. No complaints. Doesn’t flake. Has nice smell. Holds well.

I’ve tried a lot of pomades that leave my hair feeling like a crispy helmet or a grease pit. This one finds the perfect balance. It gives my hair the shape and hold I need, but it stays natural looking and doesn't get crunchy or oily. It is also surprisingly versatile. I discovered it works really well for curling my mustache. It offers enough hold to keep the shape all day, but isn't as sticky or waxy as dedicated mustache wax. If you want a product that holds well but washes out easily and doesn't feel gross, this is a solid choice.

So Ive tried a bunch... American Crew, Axe, Murrays etc. Impressions: This is a slightly larger container @ 4oz than the Murrays @ 3oz and Axe @ 2.365oz. Packaging is actually appealing so if left out, it doesnt look like some dated hair care product my mom use to use in the 80s or my wife uses. I open it and it has a super nice smell and a caramel coke color. 4oz may not seem like alot but, it actually is lol. Smell: WOWOWOW.. It is def like a video review i saw. The smell is very very appealing. I prefer NON musky smells, sort of like old spice redzone deoderant (Swagger) or Axe Anarchy body wash. This is a blend of those types of sporty yet not musky smell. Its not overwhelming at all and just adds to "my scent". Texture/Use: AMAZINGGGGGGGGGGGGGGG. I kid you not... Forget about all the others.. this for me has exactly what i was looking for. It melts in and smears better into my hand, and only a dime size is needed as i have an undercut hair cut with maybe 4-5 inches of hair up top for now. Ill stick my hair, hands BARELY damp, straight up in the air and with that dime amount smeared out just go to town and ensure all hair is coated well than go to styling how i want. (it also works well if u smear some on a comb.. but thats not into my style realy). Hold: This holds 5x better than the Axe brand and def alot better than the others ive used. It ll reactivate too when your hands get damp (or comb) and u wanna reposition hair or fix your self up on the fly (which i love, between meetings). Ive taken off my shirt and hit my hair - it didnt realy mess up at all, where the other ones will. BUT surprisingly its NOTHING like hair spray or hair gel. Extras: This company has sent me two jars that come in with the pomade on a 45 degree angle. why does this matter? i dont wanna dip my fingers into this like a savage getting it under my nails... its on a perfect angle for me to wipe some out and smear in my hands for use. Its just a nice thing to do for customers. Do yourself a favor: buy this american owned and american made product, save yourself the $$$ from buying others, and go to town. if you have a particular style you are new to like me, you def wanna look up youtube videos and google how to use pomade for xyz hair cut. the advice i got was invaluable... and my wifey LOVESSS the new look after 12 yrs the same look with her. BUY THIS PRODUCT!

Considering the quality, I’m okay with paying a bit more, but it’s something to keep in mind. Shine: If you’re looking for a high-shine finish, this might not be the best option. The finish is more on the matte side, which works for me but might not be what everyone is looking for. Packaging: The packaging is functional, but I would have liked a bit more attention to detail in the design. It’s a small thing, but presentation matters to me. Bottom Line: Suavecito Pomade Original Hold is a solid choice for anyone looking for a reliable hair product that offers strong hold and a great scent. It’s easy to use, easy to wash out, and leaves my hair looking well-groomed without feeling greasy. The price is a bit higher, but the quality makes it worth considering. Love this stuff , works excellent and smells so good

I rarely write reviews, but this one is well deserved. I have thick, wavy/curly hair and have been struggling to find the right product while growing it out. I've tried everything, and nothing seemed to work, until this. The hold is strong but never feels crunchy or leaves behind any residue. My favorite part is that it doesn't leave my hair stiff, so I can still restyle it a bit later in the day if I need to. Plus, it smells great. Highly recommend for anyone with thick hair!

Un buen producto, la pomada es suave y facil de aplicar. No te deja todas pegajosas las manos al aplicarla y la fijacion que me da es la que yo necesito, que no es tan fuerte. El olor que tiene me parece adecuado y la duracion tambien. Recomiendo el producto para quienes no quieren verse con el cabello todo tieso, con buen brillo y acomodado.

It it the first pomade I tried and I love it. If you are looking a reasonable price and good quality pomade, I would recommend this product to you. It make your hair stays all day, unless you play sport. It won't be that effective. But after I used it for awhile I am proud t day that I will but this product again. PS. Sorry for bad grammar.
