ACDelco 26349X Professional Upper Molded Coolant Hose

Fit perfectly, I changed the radiator out to an all aluminum one and figured since I had it out? Might as well as replace the lower and upper radiator hoses. This is an exact replacement and super easy to change. The bottom wasn’t bad either, on the bottom I never had to go under the truck. With the radiator out, I simply slid an extension with a 5/16 socket (most radiator clamps use that size) through the fan blades, loosened the clamp and pulled it down. Sliding it off the water pump after a little finessing it, if it’s been on a while it might take a minute to loosen it up. Don’t worry it’ll come off. Slid the new hoses on, tightened the clamps and slid in the new radiator and hooked it all up. Filled it and back in business!

AC Delco is still manufacturing these hoses with the right tolerances, because it was an exact fit. I was impressed. Any manufacturer can use good rubber, but then not bed the hoses right or flare the ends properly for an OEM fit. This hose (as well as the Delco upper radiator hose that I also bought) are still manufactured of high quality material and have all the right bends and flares to fit my Chevy truck exactly for an OEM look and fitment.
