We purchased this for a fitness instructor who teaches exercise classes. Overall the product works well, but when laying flat on your back doing exercises, the microphone / headset is pulled down by gravity and gets too close to the mouth. Otherwise it's been very good. In normal use we did not have this problem. Perhaps in a future model, the company could provide a more firm headset extension that works in any position.Problem and Resolution: Six months after my purchase, the microphone started cutting in and out during exercise sessions. I contacted the seller who provided incredible customer service. We emailed back and forth a few times to isolate the problem. After it was determined that there was a loose connection somewhere in the microphone headset, the company sent us out a new unit. The new one is working great. Thanks to Cindy for her pleasant email manner and overall great support.

Useful and handy. Love it. Great use for hiking, just wear it around your body. Waterproof feature, great for outdoor use. Can be useful for karaoke and you can use a power bank for backup power. Great and useful tool.

Not gonna lie, this product is quite impressive. Before purchasing the product I did not check its dimensions, but it looked powerful so I took it. It is actually quite small (maybe in lenght it's about the size of my hand). However, it produces a very powerful and clean sound. I love that the battery is rechargeble and that it can be used both with 3.5mm and Bluetooth. I'd say that it is quite straightforward to use, nothing that I haven't seen so far. The build is very robust and I do believe that it is waterproof (haven't tested it yet). When I fully charged the battery firstly it worked for about 12 hours? So yes, that is damn impressive and I strongly recommend this product.

I belong to an organization of 2,500 retirees who teach classes to each other on a college campus. Between the hearing loss of most "students" and the large classrooms that hold 50-100 people, it is critical to have some sort of microphone. I tried one of the cheap versions where the headset is plugged into the amplifier which is worn at your waist. I returned it because it just didn't produce enough sound to make a difference. I read all the reviews on this one and figured I'd give it a try even though it costs more than double. Oh my goodness! People in the class were raving about it from the moment I plugged it in, and several came up afterwards to write down the name so they could go buy one. The wireless headset gives you complete freedom to walk around the room while the speaker sits on a table at the front. Everyone can hear everything all of the time! It is wonderful. I'm so glad I made the extra investment! Just be sure to fully charge both the headset and the speaker before your first use (I didn't charge the headset and it ran out after an hour; now both last for the full three hours of my class and then some). I highly recommend this product!
