I I have one at work at home in my bag and in my carry on luggage!Never thought something like this would work but just giving it a squeeze or pressing it down on my desk really helps me to de-stress

In terms of the feel in your hand, it is unbeatable. I actually have gotten COMPLIMENTS on my stress ball. I give them to my patients at a dental office and everyone is amazed. However, if you pull on the ball too much (as it kind of feels like slime) it will break in one day. Stick to squeezing this ball and it will last you a good amount of time. I originally bought this ball to keep me from picking my face and it really helped.

Whatever is inside is not good quality compared to other slow rise stress balls. It almost feels like air dry clay consistency. It fine in your hand while squeezing it but it never returns back to the original round shape. It just sort of stays flat. Even when it fully expands (I gave it 5 minutes without touching) its just lumpy and not round. My son almost decided to keep these, but ultimately was disappointed that they never fully return to the original shape.

These were awesome!! Squishy but durable. My husband even accidentally stepped on one and it didn’t explode so very durable. Great when you need to relieve some stress
