Finally—A Water Bowl That Keeps My Floors Dry and My Dog Hydrated!
If you have a dog that drinks like a mini hurricane (like mine!), this UPSKY no-spill water bowl is a total game-changer. My bulldog used to leave puddles all over the floor after every drink, but since switching to this bowl, our kitchen has stayed clean and dry. The floating disk design really works—it slows down how fast he drinks and almost completely eliminates splashing. The 70oz capacity means I’m not refilling it constantly, and it’s perfect for both home and travel—we even used it in the car! It’s easy to take apart and clean, and the design is surprisingly sleek for a pet product. If you’ve got a messy drinker or a dog that gulps too fast, this bowl is 100% worth it.

Would definitely buy again
I got this in hopes of my messy drinker not soaking my floor. She has done great with this has no issues drinking out of it. I’d love to say the whole thing is durable but the only issue is that the side pieces that hold the plate like thing above the water fell out after 3 months of use but besides that I love the concept of it including the fact you can take it apart and wash everything.

Game changer for our dog!
We have an 80lb lab that makes the biggest mess when he drinks. This bowl was a game changer. I originally bought one for our RV but it works so well that I got a second one for our house. No more pools on the floor!

Wonderful!
This is fantastic! My cat was splashing tons water out of her bowls and drinking fountains. This works perfectly and keeps the water in the container. She had no issue learning how to use it.

Not perfect but a lot less sloppy drips on the floor!
I’ve been using the UPSKY 70oz Dog Water Bowl for about three weeks now, and while it has a few design strengths, there are also some limitations that make it less than ideal depending on your needs. The size is definitely a plus — the 70oz capacity means I’m not constantly refilling it, which is great for households with medium to large dogs or multiple pets. The wide bowl also makes it easy for pets to access water, and the floating disk mechanism is a thoughtful touch meant to reduce splashing and slow down fast drinkers. That said, the floating disk doesn’t always perform as expected. If your pet is aggressive with water, they may dislodge or chew at the disk, making it more of a hassle than a benefit. My dog figured out how to move the disk within a couple of days, which defeated the purpose of the spill-control feature. As for build quality, it’s decent. The plastic feels durable enough for indoor use, and it’s easy to take apart and clean. However, the design is very light, and because there’s no rubber grip underneath, the bowl tends to slide around on smooth flooring unless you place it on a mat. That may not be an issue for everyone, but it’s worth noting if you have energetic pets or tile floors. In comparison to other elevated or spill-proof bowls I’ve tried, this one sits somewhere in the middle. It's functional and affordable, but not without trade-offs. If your pet is calm and not prone to tampering with their water bowl, this might work well. But for more active or curious pets, you may want to consider a more robust or weighted option.

For a younger dog that can be trained.
This was not what I thought I was getting. No way my old dogs could learn to use this. I returned it. But it looked nice. And a small puppy could learn to use it.

Highly Recommend
This has become my favorite watering bowl for my dog and cat. My dog is a rough and tumble muscular 33 lb mixed breed. Water does not get all over the place and I am able to easily clean it and take apart the insert so it can be washed. This is the second one I have purchased, so that I have a backup. I highly recommend it

Worth it for us
For my (chill) lab it slows her down when drinking. The idea is it doesn’t let them dip their whole mouth into the water and dribble it all over the floor. It does not completely eliminate dripping but it does help. If you have more than one dog, get the larger capacity. Mine goes through water fast, I’m filling it often. I can see a more rambunctious dog just pressing the floating disc down, it might not work for them.
