Been using this stuff for years. While trying other brands in between purchasing this, I always go back to this.

great product it does cleanse it well, I only use it MAXIMUM! of two times a week and my beard feels and is super clean after use. Even the little bulldog balm makes the beard soft and nourish after wards, honestly it a great product. The only knock is the smell afterwards is not the nicest smell lol so other than that great product!.

I used to get this on base when I lived nearby but, unfortunately after retirement, I moved away & it's not in local stores. I am glad Amazon has it but it apparently is through a separate vendor, hence the long delivery time. Be that as it may, I love the benefits & the smell, so I will keep getting it.

I don't know, maybe it's me, but not only did I not care for the smell of the shampoo, I really couldn't see, feel, or notice any benefit or difference (except for the smell) of this shampoo over regular hair shampoo. Again, maybe it's just me, so see what others say about it and don't just take my word for it. Adios

Leaves my beard feeling rough.

I got this on sale at Whole Foods thinking it would simplify my beard care from having to wash and condition separately.It worked well for cleaning the beard and did seem to make my beard soft when I left the shower, but after using it for about a week I noticed that my beard seemed drier and scratchier than usual. I do have a somewhat long beard (5-6") and maybe that has some affect on how much stripping seemed to be done by this product.
