This product was so good it prompted me to write a review. I had a problem that needed solving. How was I going to put up a curtain to cover up my curved wall of windows in a turret in my home. The people at the fabric store offered me only expensive solutions which didn't seem like a good value. So, I found this product. Would it be good quality? Would I actually be able to install this myself (I am moderately handy)? The answer was yes on both counts. The curtains I ordered were heavy. I spent some time looking for the "heavy duty" kit. Oddly, there was none available and it says on the company's web side that "heavy duty" is used for commercial and industrial applications. I was hanging some really heavy drapes with blackout lining so I was concerned. The medium duty kit was more than able to handle these really heavy drapes. The drywall mounts that came with the kit worked great for hanging from the ceiling and if you install the clips at uniform intervals (e.g. 10 inches apart), then the track presents as good quality and reasonably attractive (I will grant it is not a high end look, but i didn't need that for this particular spot).One thing that came in handy for me was having a flexible 3 foot ruler. With such a ruler you can measure each bracket on a curve and replicate the curve of the track. Without it, I think I would have struggled with a tape measure as you can't get a good arc on that. Another thing worth mentioning is that this is a 2 person job. Do not even attempt it without someone to help you. Lastly, I would not cut it down to size until you have mounted at least half of it to the ceiling. It is difficult to judge what you really need on a curve. With a hacksaw, I was able to cut it with relative ease with my friend stabilizing it.If you are hesitating, let me assure you, this product will deliver for you if you work diligently and carefully to install it. It just takes patience. I wish more products were as intelligently designed as this one.

Works well, easy to install, but there was some discoloration on the track, and you'll probably need to buy more rollers if you use the entire length of track.

I'm writing this review because their customer service was superb. I had questions about how to approach the install and they helped me every step of the way. I purchased the flexible curtain track kit from their website and have found it to be easy to install and of good quality. The plastic didn't break at any angle and aligned nicely around the curved window. Thanks again for all your help and support Helen!
