For a book that has "sell short" in his title this one definitely comes short. Instead of glorifying himself as one of the few serious authors and constantly referring to his other books I believe mister Elder should have taken the time to explain where it puts his stops. I quote: "This concept is easier to illustrate than to describe" and leaves the reader to decipher a couple of unreadable charts. Leverage / margins are simply not covered, charts are tiny and low def. His "Force index" used with every chart is simply not explained at all etc. Still a good pep talk for those who have trouble taking profits, but no need to spend between 22-30€ for this advice. Also 1/4 of the book are question/answer test on the previous part.. For a good book on short selling please keep looking. The author is self centered and LAZY and his book keep staying at the surface. I won't ever consider any of his other books.

This is a MUST have for anyone who wants to "play" in the market. I had the previous version, but lost it when moved to Portugal, so I decided to buy it again! Very easy reading, the new material is good, although not excelent.The book is very useful in special for old timers that NEVER think of selling short... it's really one of my favorite operation nowadays thanks to Mr. Elder!
