It completely fixed my leg cramps. I started with one capsule then went up to two per day, after lunch. I do not take it in the evening because I find that taking supplements in the evening can disrupt my sleep, but others may be ok with it.

Cramp Defense is the go-to for me to stop extremely painful nighttime leg cramps. I have tried many other remedies including other magnesium supplements, but this works best hands down. You may need to take five or six capsules a day to start, but I have been able to get down to one or two a day and as long as I don't miss a day - no cramps! I can go without other supplements for periods of time and not miss them, but not this one. It hurts too much!

I would get such strong leg cramps that my calf would hurt so bad, that it was hard to walk. I saw this with a google search and was desperate, so I purchased it. I started with 1 a day. the cramps were still there, still painful but not as bad. I have been taking CRAMP DEFENSE for several months. It is the only thing that really shuts down the cramps. Be sure to read the instructions as you may have to change how you take other supplements as well. It is well worth the effort.

I used to have leg cramps every night, but after taking 2-3 Cramp Defense capsules every day, the leg cramps ceased completely. I now take it on a regular basis for maintenance and have not had the leg cramps return. It might take a few weeks to notice a change, but it works!
