Q: Does it light up front and back

Yes it does. There are two separate rechargeable light sources ty led inside pockets that shine thru the lime green plastic . But do charge them regularly for the lights get weaker as the power runs low. Overall I like this product. I sometimes keep one light steady and the other blinking. Lots aloft options;)

Q: How do i replace the led lights? one broke after 6 months of use.

the light and batter are replaceable. There is an opening at the back where light can be retracted. Hope this helps

the charging cable is a USB to micro-USB connection. Any Android phone charge will work.

Q: Is this water resistant or water safe? I live in a wet climate.

The light is tucked inside a clear plastic and elastic material pocket. When you charge you slip it out then tuck back in when finished. As long as it stays tucked properly inside it’s crevice/pocket I think it should be resistant. Now if there’s a ridiculous thunderstorm and your vest straps get soaked I can’t say for sure. Also you don’t want to throw in wash of course ( take the two lights out first. I would guess light or moderate rain should be ok.
