Yes, yes and yes.
This is a very well made and well designed cup holder. As soon as it arrived I did a dry run (pun intended) of three popular cups/tumblers. All three passed the fit test. Tervis 16 oz...yes, Tervis 24 oz.....yes, Yeti 30 oz.....yes. Now, whether or not these pass the road test filled with an icy cold beverage has yet to be determined. Stay tuned for the results of the road test in the next 2-3 weeks. Update: It's been much longer than 2-3 weeks, but the road test results are in. The Ibera cup holder can handle the above listed cups/tumblers even when they're filled. The only advice that I would give is stick to the pavement. Riding the paved bike lane from our house to the Square Grouper and My New Joint found my cup fully intact. If you ride on bumpy or rough terrain the holder may slip a bit. This is a great cup holder and I would not hesitate to buy another. I hope this review helps you with your decision. Note: I'm not sure why my photos are displayed at 90°. Hopefully Amazon will get it corrected.

To be a cup holder or not. This is a great choice.
I mounted this cup holder on the handlebars of my bike. But then I bought all kinds of other handlebar add-ons, (such as lights, horn, basket, cell phone holder, etc.), and wound up having to move this to the frame of the bike instead. It still worked great and I have the option to use if for drinks, bottles, my tool case, and anything else I want to put in it. It's sturdy, mounted easily and is versatile. I'd buy this again.

Works great. My tea mug stays in place and does ...
Works great. My tea mug stays in place and does not spill half as much as it would otherwise. The mode of carrying hot liquid on a bike is not perfect in any way, droplets still splash (especially over bumps), but your mug will not go flying, tip over, etc. I was thrilled at how easy it was to install (with the right tool...I think it's called a hex-wrench?) Definitely thinking of gifting a few of these over to friends with bikes as their main form of transportation.

Adjustable Bracket Pin for different Handebar Sizes
Great product. I first installed on 28 mm section of the handlebar and needed to relocate as I try to locate all the things I need to hang off the front of my e-bike without a water bottle brazeons. I readjusted the pin (a little loose in the 2nd position) and it fit the 31 mm portion of the handlebar. FYI: I used the included thin rubber spacer as the plastic itself is toooo slick when in direct contact with the handlebar. I use this for tapered coffee cups and commuter type mugs. This holder does vibrate a little but doesn't affect its holding ability or its spillage through the breather holes. The plastic attaching bracket is a well designed part (the cup ring should be easy) and is < $ than the all metal version. I also have the PDM (Portland Design Works) metal version, a bit more $, however, shows no vibration and has an alternate but equally functional handlebar attaching bracket. However I had no luck the 1st time with the Bell Clinch no Tools Cup Holder. It is poorly cast aluminum. I used a vise grip on the pivot point and the tolerances seem ok now, but I haven't tried to put it in service. For cruising with your coffee, the Cost and Function of the Ibera is the choice.

it is annoying to deal with
While it is functional, it is annoying to deal with. The cup holder is mounted to a clamping base and can be inserted either perpendicular or parallel to the mounting surface. Outside of these 90 degrees of adjust ability there is nothing, which is annoying because if I want to mount it to my steerer on a bike with slack geometry like a beach cruiser the cup will be tilted back. Another feature which is annoying is that the holder itself can only be inserted into the mount from one direction. This prevents the user from quickly rotating the mount around the bars and flipping the holder around so that it is right-side up. If it were only for these two points, I would still be happy with the purchase given that it's only $10 and appears to be made of high quality plastic. The WORST thing about this cup holder is that the rubber interface between the clamp and mounting surface is a thin strip of rubber which needs to be inserted between the clamp and bars before tightening. There is nothing retaining this rubber, so if any side to side adjustments are made it will come out from beneath the clamp.

Will not fit 31.8 mm handlebars
First, the actual cup holder is fine for what I wanted to use it for. However, the mount does not fit 31.8 mm handlebars. That's a standard measurement for drop bars. It fits my mountain bike, but it does not fit the handlebars on my touring bike or my road bike. It doesn't fit on the stem either. It fits on the steel frame of the touring bike, but that is not where I intended to mount it. I'm giving this product a bad review, because it is advertised as fitting most handlebar sizes. But it won't fit on the stem or the handlebars of a standard size road bike handlebar. Overall, I feel like the description of this item is misleading. I wouldn't have purchased this item if it was clear that it wouldn't fit on 31.8 mm handlebars. Update: it broke. Ibera products are substandard.

It's better than similar products
I've had a few similar looking products but this one is the best because the ring detaches from the mount when you don't need it. I usually keep it looped in my bike lock so I never misplace it. The screw tight mount could only be better it was quick release but being able to quickly remove the ring is almost as good. The system works vertical or horizontal depending on what you need to mount to so that rules as well. The only way I could see this getting better is of there were some kind of drop in system to give it a bottom when needed. I don't have a bottle cage mount on my frame so when I do have a bottle of water or something I put an empty cup in the ring so the bottle doesn't slip through.

Nada estorboso, se ve resistente y bien hecho, le quedan la mayoría de botellas de agua. Ojo, para ajustarlo bien, se requiere una llavecita que no incluye pero que es fácil de conseguir adjunto foto para que se den una idea.

Bought this to go on my wife's mobility knee scooter so she can scoot from the kitchen to living room with a thermal mug (about Costa cup size) (obviously no handle on the mug that goes complete from top to bottom. An "open" handle not fitted at the base should still fit) and it works an absolute treat. It took a couple of minutes to fit, it fits any standard handlebar but also the hinge can be set back to clamp around an even thicker bar. The item also comes with a rubber strip to wrap around the bar first (to provide grip on the smooth tube), undo the clamp (with a small Allen Key type fitting), fit around the bar and tighten up. Takes about 2-3 minutes all in and really does the job at a great value for money price.
