Not as good as I had hoped
Well made clever design, quick charging too. It’s good for lighting candles as long as your eyesight is good enough to match the tiny lighting element with a candle wick. It is not good on a bbq.

Great lighter.It charges quickly and battery lasts long time.Brilliant device easy to use ideal for yankee candles when the wax has gone halfway down the jar put the lighting end in and hey presto.I bought another one and gave to a friend who has candles in every room and she's absolutely delighted with it.

Safe way to light candle or your gas hob
This is a safe way to light your candles. It is better than using matches and avoids having the associated smoke. I have tried to light my gas hob and it also works well.
