I was suffering horrib,y with lower back pain from sitting down for long period and my chair not being supportive, to the point I would be in agony at the end of the day. This product helped after 1 day, it is sturdy and provided support to my lower and mid back. The only reason I haven’t given it 5 star is that it slides down so I have to adjust it often, but for the price and the relief it has provided something I would put up with.
