I used two boxes of these for a conference recently, and they worked fine. They're a bit slow in copying because they are USB 2.0, but if you put the contents you want to distribute in zip files, the copying goes pretty fast. I like the orange color, which stands out and is easy to find. I even made that a sort of badge for the attendees for the rest of the conference - they could present one and get some special extra demonstrations. I would not use these for backup because of the speed. But for distribution of electronic materials, they're a pretty good choice. I asked before buying, and a nice Amazon customer told me they didn't have any junkware. That means you don't have to erase anything before loading them with your own content.
