Works with Chromebook, Windows, and Ubuntu
Little ones broke the headphone jack in my Chromebook one afternoon during a "its my turn" tug-a-war with it. Looking for a quick solution to the lack of an headphone jack I came across this USB Audio hub thingy. I liked the fact it had two headphone jacks which came in handy so both my kiddos could plug in their own headset while sharing the screen.Tested it out immediately after I got it on the Chromebook and it worked like a charm. As soon as I plugged it in, Chrome OS recognized it as an audio device and I didn't have to mess with any of the settings to get it to play the audio through it. Had similar experiences when I tried it on my Windows and Ubuntu desktop. Both OS' had zero issues playing audio through it.I've been using it on and off since I purchased it on May 2020 and I haven't notice any issues with. Sound quality comes out crisp and clear with no static or any other form of interference.I'm glad I found this little thing and would have no issues buying another one if the need should arise or recommending it to someone else looking for a similar solution.

It works!
After reading reviews for this external sound card, I wasn't too sure how it would be but figured it couldn't hurt to try it. I ordered one, got it yesterday and am now able to use my headphones again. At first, the sound was very quiet and I was sure this was a waste of my money. I started to disconnect the headphones and as I pulled the jack out a little, the sound got really loud. So, I just don't push the jack in all the way and I am in business again! :) It's worth it's money to anyone who just wants to be able to hear videos and such again. I haven't connected more than my headphones. This review is just for using headphones alone.

Thrice Over
These devices are so easy to use. Literally just plug and play. I have 3 of them. 2 blue and 1 red. They are affordable and provide easy access to a headphone jack and usb ports.

Would You Kindly
Mainly for desktop PC.Before: speakers plugged into soundcard, needed to use a mic and headset splitter to use my headset along with switch audio over in RealTec settings before finally being setup. After: plugged this straight into the soundcard via usb, moved my speakers into the headset only input (right cord) and plug my headset into the Mic/headset duo port (left bottom cord) without a splitter needed.Result: with both speakers and headphones plugged in I get sound from both with no problems or hiccups. To stop audio in one or the other just simply unplug one cord, no adjusting multiple cords or settings. All convient on my desk at an arms reach rather than crawling under my desk every time anymore.Bonus: It has a frickin light up bee/hornet on it. You obviously know that this alone is a great deal breaker if you got this far in my review and haven't decided yet. So what are you waiting for, it's cheap, it's easy to setup - plug it in, that easy. "Would you kindly" buy this product.

Great buy
The original reason I ordered this was because I bought a jeecoo headset that had a splitter that has one end for a mic and one end for headphones. The headset would pic up a lot of static and someone said most ports on the front of pc cases are of bad quality and this is a common problem.Sounded like a long shot but figured if I bought this external sound card I could either have a working headset or I would know for sure if it was the ports or the splitter that was bad.Turned out to be the splitter.Luckily I ordered this with a usb wired headset from sades. This card allows you to manually switch between speakers or headphones without having to unplug all of your devices. It looks nice and is pretty sturdy.I didn't need to update or download any drivers, simply plug and play. The braided cable is perfect to avoid easily damaged cables too.I would definitely recommend buying this product.

Turn it down! TURN IT DOWN!!!!!!!!!
I really wanted to love this thing. It's pretty awesome and offers up a spectacular replacement for my default soundcard and crappy audio drivers. But oh my gosh bruh, it's so frigin loud. For real, I plugged this thing into the USB port on my laptop and set the volume to 1% and the thing was super, super loud even then. I have to turn down all applications playing through it and generally have to go through a lot of bother. I turned off all enhancements and made sure everything was good, but still no dice. Audio is really clear but really loud omg. Also, I plugged in another device to one of the input jacks. I started playing stuff from it and heard nothing but low end. Seriously, treble did not exist. Annoying AFBut other than that, it's good. I like that it has some USB ports on it, from which I can power other stuff. I like that it's got a couple of jacks on it, a headphone out and a mic and headphone combo plus a line in. But I just can't use this thing without taking extra measures not to deafen myself, and as a blind person, I care very much about that.

Keeps going off after ~ 3minutes , tried several PCs
I ordered this, but didnt end up opening the package till a few months after it arrived (i only needed the sound IO part of it, not its USB hub function). On my main PC (win10 , AMD based) its showed up and worked (both mic IN from a small mic, and audio Out to a pair of small, powered, altec lansing speakers). However after from 1- 5 minutes, it would disconnect from USB , and would then only re-appear if i physically USB unplugged and replugged it. I tried direct to Motherboard, as well as via a few powered USB hubs.I also tried on my separate "gaming only" pc setup (win10 intel based) - same exact thing.Clearly the unit i received is defective (or maybe these are poorly built in the first place).Im outside of return ofcouse, so will be ordering a different one (different manufacture too of couse)
