If you are referring to "80P" (which is the only P I could find in the description), that means "pieces". So this item would be 80 pieces, or 80 magnets.

Q: I ordered the mch12x3 magnet, assuming drawer slide screws would work, but they stand proud. what screw do these require?

I believe that I used #6 flat head screws. Be careful. It's easy to break the magnets if you use too much pressure - an impact driver will break them easily.
