This has definitely reduced my snoring, but it doesn't fully restrict my mouth from opening. If feel like it's party because of my beard (the strap constantly slides off my chin) and they aren't one size fits all. I wear a 7 3/4 hat and it took a while to break these in. If I put them on too tight I would get really bad headaches that kept me awake. Too loose and the velcro won't hold. This has gotten better over time.

The chinstrap helps keep your mouth more closed. It keeps some snoring down. It is slightly scratchy or stiff on the piece that rubs your chin. They wash and dry easily. All in all it’s a good thing

It was to restrictive and unforgiving. Couldn't wear it.

Was purchased to stop snoring. Didn't stop it. Chin strap chafed my chin so much I couldn't wear after 3 days. May have reduced the snoring somewhat but hubby still woke me up to tell me I was snoring. So not foolproof.

Didn’t fit well.

I tried multiple ways of putting this on, and no matter which orientation I used, the straps stuck to my hair. I had braided my hair with the thought of getting it out of the way, but after 10 minutes of trying to put this on the braid was destroyed. The straps were either too tight or too loose depending on how it was turned, and even turning it inside out so the sticky part of the strap was facing away from my hair, it still managed to grab my hair.

Good easy to use

Doesn't fit. Will not stay in place.
