100% rate this item for the early days of breastfeeding. They bring a cooling affect & help aid in the recovery of your nipples to make feeding bearable. Especially in the beginning when they become sore due to the tweaking/latching phase. Worth every penny!

I found these really helpful with nipple soreness during breastfeeding. Using a combination of these every few days and nipple creams daily.

Tried lots of creams but it was not helping much, my son had a tongue tie when born and after having it cut were still trying to work on the latch, which has left me quite sore. These are excellent and heal them really quickly, quite expensive but worth it to continue our breastfeeding journey.

These were great to help heal my nipples. They are pricey though for single use. I found the ActiformCool hydrogel dressings much better value for money.
