Let me first say that the 50mm rise version is very tall. I measure close to 70mm rise. Too tall for me.That being said, the bars are very beefy and thick. The 31.8mm thick part extends through the riser curve before tapering out to 22.2mm. Should be stronger than other bars that are skinnier through there. Like I said, extra beefy. Heavier weight than other cheap brands, but that's a good thing to me.This is actually better than the other popular cheap brands out there.

I replaced a high end handle bar with this one because I wanted to get a little more rise for a more comfortable ride. The dymoece bar looks great on the bike
