Had to move the x-axis stop
The print head wasn't aligned like the original so I lost about 3 cm to the build area on the x-axis low end and it ran off the build plate on the high end. The extents are set by the switch at the right end of the arm and it attaches to the arm with a threaded hole in the arm. I took the switch off, got a shorter screw with a nut and secured it by running the nut in the trough on the top of the arm. Allows all the adjustment I need. The switch doesn't need to be completely depressed to trigger so position the hot end where you want it and position the switch where you feel the click of it being actuated. I also relocated the spool to the back and I am working on a guide for the filament and a brace on the print head for the cables to the hot end and stepper motor. I love how it works. First print I did with it came out beautiful.

Doesn't properly fit Ender 5 Pro
The plate was a little challenging to get mounted onto the X-rail properly. I got everything on and started printing and noticed that the whole print was offset to the left substantially. Upon further inspection, I found that the roller that triggers the limit switch sits over a good 3/4" or more from the original plate causing the limit switch to trigger at the wrong time. There isn't a good way to reposition the roller or the limit switch without drilling a new hole on the rail or plate.

Had to retap screw holes
Ordered two of these brackets, both of the screw holes where the CR to itch and fan cover screw in to it where miss threaded and would not take a screw. Others wise they fit my ender5 and 5+ as they should

the BLTouch hits the gantry plate wheel on left side
I have install this on Ender 5 Plus and it works great just the BLTouch hits the gantry plate wheel on the left side when printing the test line. Not sure if its an offset problem or what, researching a solution as I write this review.

No tabs to attach belt (Ender 3 pro)
The media could not be loaded. For an inexpensive chinesium part it's is actually decent quality. I'm a noob to 3d printing so I may be wrong here, but there's no way to attach the belts to this carriage. The extra bottom wheel is desired to counter act any vibrations or weaknesses due to a direct drive extruder set up.

Okay.
The mounting holes for the hotend weren’t tapped. I didn’t have the proper tap, So I had to drill them out and use my own nuts and bolts to secure hotend.Update: they reached out and offered a replacement.
