I think this will be wonderful to use. This is a gift for our neighbor who cooks a lot on his griddle. I bought this one because it is larger and has a vent in the top. This will be great as they have two kids

Great for my Blackstone Griddle!
Great for melting cheese on my smash burgers. Can do many burgers at the same time easily. Great size for my 28” griddle. Also good for giving veggies a final steam on the griddle. Love the flexibility of the vents. Great quality for the price. Carefully packed and shipped. Highly recommended!
