Thought I'd already supplies a review for this . Cut hole in garage door mild steel took it slowly with lubricant .

Had an old network switch that was mildly overheating, I’d upgraded the fans but the manufacture had only provided a few tiny pinpricks for air to escape, as a result airflow was restricted, which also caused a lot of noise.I figured I could drill out the pinpricks to open them up or take a holesaw to the case but that would leave potentially nasty burrs - Not the thing you want in the back of a server cabinet that you might stick your arm in one day.Opted to buy a suitably sized punch, seemed alot for one job but was glad i did - the punch cut though the switches steel case with ease and left a very tidy finish.Tbh it took longer to disassemble the device and drill the 12mm pilot hole!Weather this would remain sharp for many future uses I can’t say, but overall very pleased that the punch did the job it was brought for and saved a lot of time, hassle and mess.Oh, and the switch is now running perfectly and the opened up airflow has reduced noise to nothing!

Cut three holes and the thread broke on the cutter and ruined the thread on the Allen key bolt.

Wanted an exact 24mm hole putting in top of my IT rack.This was perfect

Product looked great seemed well made but threads on bolt stripped after only 3 holes so no good after that

Cuts well easy to use.I found if you use plenty of oil / wd40 it was much easier to separate.

Great for punching large round holes in steel cabinets for electrical work, though you still have to drill a pilot hole
